We would like to inform you that the previous lookup function for identity verification was discontinued today at 10:15 a.m.
The discontinuation of this feature was previously announced in June 2025 and March 2026.
As an alternative, you can use WebFinger for identity verification. This requires access to the Multiple Authorization Broker (MAB) platform from Swisscom Trust Services.
If you have been using the Lookup function, we recommend that you switch to WebFinger.
