Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that the previous **lookup function for identity verification** was discontinued today at **10:15 a.m.**

The discontinuation of this feature was previously **announced in June 2025 and March 2026**.

As an alternative, you can use **WebFinger** for identity verification. This requires access to **the Multiple Authorization Broker (MAB) platform** from Swisscom Trust Services.

If you have been using the Lookup function, we recommend that you switch to WebFinger.

Please contact your Growth Manager to receive information on integration and free access to WebFinger.
