Dear customer

On **19.03.2026**, the **Mobile ID team** will carry out a technical switchover of the database used to a redundant operating environment as part of the regular maintenance window.

**Time period:** between **00:20 and 01:00**  
**Expected interruption:** approx. **2 to 15 minutes**

During the switchover, the **Mobile ID service** will be **temporarily unavailable**.
