Important Reminder: SRS Service Changes as of April 2026

Important note

From March 31, 2026 our service will bepartially discontinued.
Below you will find details of the upcoming changes from April 2026:

Voucher redemption

The redemption of vouchers is still possible via the SRSIdent page .
However, the voucher purchase has already been discontinued.

Until end of June 2026 existing vouchers can be redeemed for the following services:

• SRS Selfie Ident EU (NECT)
• SRS Video Ident Switzerland and EU (INTRUM)
• SRS Autoident Switzerland (INTRUM)

Payment options

Effective immediately, credit card payments are no longer possible.

Alternatively, the following partner solutions with credit card support are available to you:

• Switzerland: Digital Identity Hub CH "NEW " - Payment in CHF & EUR,
  Service provided by ViziBit d.o.o.
• EU: Digital Identity Hub EU - payment in EUR,
  Service provided by ViziBit d.o.o.

Discontinuation of further services

From 1.April 2026 the following services will no longer be available:

• SRS Video EU
• SRS eID DE

SRS Interface

Use of the SRSinterface (incl. lookup call) remains possible until 30. June 2026 possible for:

• SRS Selfie Ident EU (NECT)
• SRS Video Ident Switzerland and EU (INTRUM)
• SRS Autoident Switzerland (INTRUM)
