By tomorrow morning at the latest (15.9.), the SRS Autoident CH procedure will be launched in trial mode (with the IDNow/Intrum identification app). All identifications can be used fully productively within the Smart Registration Service or via the website https://srsident.trustservices.swisscom.com with vouchers. During the four-week trial period, we will be happy to collect information on inconsistencies or error situations that you experienced and have not yet occurred in our extensive tests. The data about the type/version of the mobile device, the mobile number, the exact time and data such as the reference ID and order ID (which can be found in the e-mail sent out after registration) are always helpful here. The procedure can now also be ordered in the new order forms.
