An invisible user is a person that you cannot see in your admin portal because they have been identified by another RA agent. For example, users identified by video identification or in a Swisscom shop will not be displayed in the admin portal.
In order to appoint more “invisible” users as RA agent, you must fill in and submit the form again.

Security incidents are irregularities in identification operations.
Examples: The Master RA agent finds out that:
an RA agent has not checked the data entered during identification, so that names have been truncated or dates (date of birth, expiry date) have not been entered correctly,
an RA agent has managed to use an inadmissible identification document for identification,
an RA agent was persuaded to carry out the identification even though the person to be identified was only carrying an expired passport and the RA agent therefore falsified the expiry date,
a person incited the RA agent to record his nickname “Mike” as his first name because he likes it better than his real name Michael.
We at Swisscom are obliged to check such incidents and take measures to prevent them, e.g. by improving the RA app or better training of the RA agents.
