**Problem:** Derzeit besteht ein **Problem mit der RA App Version 5.0.1** auf **iOS-Geräten**.  
Der Identifizierungsprozess bleibt beim Schritt **„Echtheit prüfen“** hängen.

Status: Wir haben die Ursache des Problems identifiziert und die Behebung ist bereits im Gang.  
Wir gehen davon aus, dass das Problem im Verlauf dieser Woche behoben wird. Als temporäre Lösung empfehlen wir, dass betroffene Geräte ein Update auf iOS 26 durchführen, um das Problem zu umgehen.
